M\u00e9moire de recherche d’Ad\u00e9lie Ester. En Septembre 2024, Ad\u00e9lie est intervenue avec ce m\u00e9moire dans le cadre de la formation-action \u201cMettre en oeuvre les droits culturels dans les projets d\u2019\u00e9ducation artistique et culturelle\u201d propos\u00e9e par l\u2019Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles.<\/em><\/p>

R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong> Ce m\u00e9moire interroge l\u2019\u00c9ducation Artistique et Culturelle fran\u00e7aise – son histoire, ses enjeux actuels, sa structuration, son application, et son \u00e9valuation – \u00e0 partir des huit notions abord\u00e9es par les droits culturels : l\u2019identit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9, le patrimoine, la communaut\u00e9, la participation, l\u2019\u00e9ducation\/formation, l\u2019information\/communication, et la coop\u00e9ration. Puis il propose de faire un pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9 en s’int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 un projet \u00e9ducatif et culturel espagnol. L\u00d3VA (L\u2019Op\u00e9ra, un V\u00e9hicule d\u2019Apprentissage) consiste \u00e0 ce qu\u2019une classe se convertisse en compagnie d\u2019op\u00e9ra. Durant une ann\u00e9e scolaire, les enfants s\u2019organisent par professions (production, \u00e9criture, composition, communication et documentation, interpr\u00e9tation, sc\u00e9nographie, r\u00e9gie, son et lumi\u00e8re, costume et maquillage), et se lancent dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un op\u00e9ra original de la mani\u00e8re la plus autonome possible. Le projet L\u00d3VA, par une mise-en-place ambitieuse et une s\u00e9mantique qui lui est propre, semble s\u2019\u00e9loigner du pari traditionnel de la d\u00e9mocratisation culturelle et apporter de nouvelles r\u00e9ponses aux d\u00e9fis des droits culturels. Ce m\u00e9moire n’est pas l\u2019\u00e9tude compar\u00e9e des politiques culturelles fran\u00e7aises et espagnoles mais le r\u00e9cit d\u2019une perturbation par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Un rapport de six mois de stage au sein m\u00eame du projet L\u00d3VA sera le substrat de cette analyse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong> La premie\u0300re partie de ce me\u0301moire est une immersion au sein de l\u2019association MOVE-arte para todos, a\u0300 Madrid, projet de cr\u00e9ation collective interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationelle. Une premie\u0300re occasion de de\u0301couvrir un paysage culturel et politique bien diffe\u0301rent de celui que l\u2019on observe en France. <\/span>La deuxie\u0300me partie cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer quelles pourraient \u00eatre les conditions permettant l\u2019e\u0301panouissement des participants-amateurs et du chore\u0301graphe-me\u0301diateur dans un projet de cre\u0301ation collective. Il s’agira de de\u0301finir les rapports qu\u2019entretient un projet de danse-the\u0301a\u0302tre avec ses participants quand il pre\u0301tend favoriser l\u2019expression de leurs droits-culturels en se demandant par exemple si le terme \u201damateur\u201d est re\u0301ellement le terme le plus approprie\u0301 pour de\u0301signer ces participants. Pour cela, une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e vers ce que le projet souhaite transmettre aux participants et a\u0300 la me\u0301thodologie mise en place pour y parvenir.
